Does Elite work with my Insurance?

Yes! We work with ALL insurance companies! We ensure that you don't come out of pocket on anything over your deductible. Our team works directly with your insurance to keep the repair costs within the guidelines of your policy. 

How do I get a rental car?

Your insurance will provide a rental car while your vehicle is being worked on if you signed up for rental coverage. If another party is at fault, then THEIR insurance is required to cover the cost of a rental car. We'll drive you to Enterprise or Hertz so you don't have to bring another driver when you drop off.

What if insurance won't cover a rental car?

If insurance won't cover your rental, then you can pay out of pocket about $30 per day. We also offer a FREE LOANER program to customers who don't have rental coverage on their policy. Ask us for details.

How long will it take Elite to fix my car?

It typically takes 2 to 3 days to repair a bumper. The average repair involving more than one body panel takes about a week. For heavy hits that require frame work or suspension work, the repair time is around 2 weeks. 

How will I know when my car is ready for pick up?

Elite keeps you up to date throughout the repair process via phone, email or text. Text messages update you with key repair milestones. If you prefer not to get text message updates then we will call you every few days to let you know how things are going. 

When do I pay my deductible?

Your deductible is payable to the body shop. You can pay your deductible as soon as you drop off your car. The deductible must be paid before you take your car home. If you can't afford your deductible, please let us know in advance. We offer 0% financing for 90 days and 1 year payment plans through EasyPay Finance.
